If you are unexcited and a little bit worried about next years election, let this mobile game make it a little entertaining for you.
Thanks to Samantha Bee and her team at Full Frontal, they have a mobile game, Full Frontal$ Totally Unrigged Primary, coming out that will use your knowledge to raise money for a Democratic Primary candidate.
This is how the game will work:
Once you download the app, you will select the democratic candidate that you want to support, it can be one of the main candidates like Joe Biden or Elizabeth Warren, or it can be a candidate that isn’t getting much attention like Marianne Williamson.
Each day, the user will face trivia challenges about the candidates. Each time you pass the challenge, the candidate you chose will get points. The candidate with the most points at the end of the game will win a check for $250,000.
Think of it like Fantasy Football meets HQ.
The best part about this game? You don’t have to be a supporter of a certain political party to participate! If you are a Bernie supporter, you can get points for Bernie. If you are a supporter of our current administration, you can give your points to a candidate who may not be the best choice and support their campaign.
This isn’t the first time Samantha has dipped her feet into the political mobile game genre. Last year, the Full Frontal team released a similar game for the midterms. That version of the game was more similar to HQ where everyone had to sign on at the same time. With this years game, the players can log on at their leisure and complete the available challenges.
Politics can be boring, but they are more important now than they have ever been. Thanks to shows like Last Week Tonight and Full Frontal, we are able to consume the important information that we need to know without getting bored half way through the broadcast. Now with a game for the primaries, Full Frontal has made politics a little more entertaining for those of us who don’t tune into CNN or MSNBC.
Full Frontal’$ Totally Unrigged Primary will be available to download later this fall and you can continue to gain points for your candidate up until February 3, 2020.
